The Academic year 2011 ME,MTech,MArch,MPlan,MBA and MCA Degree Programmes admission procedure consists of the following two methods.
a) Appearing TANCET 2011 (May'01)
b) Applying for admission (June/July'01)
Students are advised to preferred mode of an admission(Separate Advertisements)

TANCET Registration
The candidates can register for the Tamilnadu Common Entrance Test 2011-2012 in any one of the types given below.
a. Spot Registration
b. Internet Registration (Read More)
Registration required document (* Attested copy)
a) Copy of X Std. or equivalent mark sheet
b) Copy of XII Std. mark sheet or 3 years Diploma certificate
c) Demand Draft.
d) Permanent Community Certificate (card format)
Entrance Test Fee
Demand draft for Rs. 300/- (Rs. 150/- for SC/SCA/ST Tamil Nadu Candidates) Under payable at Chennai and any Nationalised Bank drawn on or after 01.04.2011 or cash,
DD for “The Director,Entrance Examinations,Anna University,”
(Note:- Applying for more than one Degree candidates has to pay Rs. 300/- (Rs. 150/- for SC/SCA/ST) for each )

M.E./ M.Tech./ M.Arch./M.Plan. - 29.05.2011 (Sunday) 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon
Hall ticket
a)The Registration Number in the Hall Ticket has to be entered at the correct place in the TANCET Spot Admission Application form.
b)Only for online registration Candidates the Hall Ticket will be sent
c)In case any candidate does not receive the Hall Ticket before 26.05.2011,then they can get a duplicate Hall Ticket from the enquiry office at the Co-ordinating centres (See Full Details)
